Manage your privacy choices

This page explains how Is it Vegan? VeganScanner users can manage permissions, request deletion, remove local content, and contact support for privacy-related issues.

1. Delete local app data

  1. Delete individual scan history records inside the History screen.
  2. Remove trusted or saved products from the library screens.
  3. Clear notes you added to saved products.
  4. Uninstall Is it Vegan? VeganScanner to remove app-local data stored on your device, including locally stored history and scan images, subject to normal iOS behavior.

2. Manage iOS permissions

  • Open the iPhone Settings app.
  • Find Is it Vegan? VeganScanner.
  • Adjust camera or photo-related permissions as you prefer.

3. Manage subscriptions

  • Open your Apple ID subscriptions page.
  • Manage or cancel Is it Vegan? VeganScanner Premium there.
  • You can also use the in-app Restore Purchases option when needed.

4. Request privacy help or deletion

For privacy-related requests, email ravi.patel20102002@gmail.com with the subject line Is it Vegan? VeganScanner Privacy Request.

To help process your request, include enough detail for us to identify the issue, such as the request type, the device or app version if relevant, and any support correspondence already in progress. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request before acting on it.

5. AI feature choice

If you do not want scan images, ingredient text, or product context processed through the Is it Vegan? VeganScanner AI workflow, avoid using AI-powered scan analysis or AI chat features when they are available in the app.
